Automatic batching system for sacks from 25 kg to 50 kg

1. Purpose:
Automatic systems able to batch, fill up and sew up paper or plastic sacks with flour, forage mixture, cement or other aggregates.

 3. Operation
The empty sacks are situated mannualy into the output pneumatic clamp. Automatic weighing according computer program is executed simultaneously. The computer defines the process speed and accuracy. The weighed batch is poured into the sack. The pneumatic clamp releases the filled sack. The latter is sewed up during the movement along a belt conveyer.
