Directions for use:
For filtration at 0,45
micrometers or more: Oenogum Filtra Clear / Oenoarabinol 20 can be used
after fining, when the wine has settled, 72 hours before final filtration
to ensure a good homogenous distribution. The level of Oenogum Filtra
Clear should not exceed 20 g/hl at 0,45 micrometers or 100 g/hl for
Oenoarabinol 20.
Oenoarabinol 20 can also be added at the
bottling stage after the final filtration.
Ageing wine
in barrels:Oenogum Filtra Clear / Oenoarabinol 20 has to be added
in the tank and homogenized just before the wine is barreled.
Recommended usage level:
Oenogum Filtra Clear: 10 -
30 g/hl;
Oenoarabinol 20: 50 - 150 g/hl
according to your
objective(please consult your oenologist)
